Do I need to create an account to be able to place an order?

Do you guarantee the authenticity of pre-owned items?
Yes. Before any item is listed online, it is first examined and authenticated by our in-house team of experts who have collaborated with the most prestigious auction houses in the world.
Are the images shown on your website of the actual items listed for sale?
Yes, we take detailed images of every item on Le Dressing.
Do items come with its original packaging and paperwork?
Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions.
How do you guarantee the confidentiality of my personal data?
We undertake to keep all customers’ personal information confidential and never communicate it to third parties, particularly other members, unless specifically requested to do so by the legal or regulatory authorities, particularly in the case of detection of a criminal act. Financial transactions are secured using the SecurID system and our partner Braintree. ORDER & PAYMENT How do I buy an item? Shopping at Le Dressing is easy. Once you have found an item, click on the “buy” button and enter the required information to complete your order. Your purchase is confirmed once you have completed the secure electronic payment directly via our website. Your order will then be shipped to your delivery address, with your signature required on delivery. I am looking for a model which is not currently available on your website.
Can I make a request?
Yes, you can simply send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your required model, and we will contact you if such an item or model becomes available.
What payment methods are offered by Le Dressing and how is their security ensured?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are processed with security provided by the SecurID system and our partner Braintree.
How much is the shipping and how many days will it take? We will dispatch orders within 15 days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Our courier partner Chronopost offers international express service, which delivers orders, within 3-4 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday. Recipient’s signature is strictly required on delivery to confirm receipt. We do not deliver to PO box address.
Do I need to sign to receive my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage up to the sold price whilst in transit from us to your delivery address, and will thus require a signature at time of receipt, and in doing so, you accept the responsibility for the order from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then the recipient’s signature will be accepted by Le Dressing as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order, as well as the transfer of responsibility. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email stating the Chronopost tracking number. You can track your order directly on the Chronopost website, Or you can also contact us to check the status of your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can contact us at email@example.com to change your delivery address, given that your item has not yet been dispatched. Changes to your delivery address are no longer possible once the item has been dispatched.
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your item by the delivery date indicated on your order. Our Concierge team will process your request shortly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I exchange or return an order I have purchased?
Should you receive an item that does not match product description or there are unspecified defects, you may exchange or return it within 2 calendar days of receipt of the order, by submitting your request to our Concierge team by email: email@example.com or by phone +377 932 58 22 6.
We can only accept exchanges or returns if all of the following requirements are met: All items must be returned unused, in their original purchase condition, and with all packaging materials, including returns tag, dust bag, documentation, warranty card, and all accessories, such as keys, lock and straps, etc; All returned items have to be sent in one package, in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box; Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from us. In case of any dispute, Le Dressing reserves the right of final decision on all exchanges & returns.
How do I receive a refund?
Returns will be evaluated and processed upon receipt. Please be aware that it may take a few days for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned items, we will send you an email concerning your refund. For returns, you will be refunded in your original method of payment, after deducing the shipping fees that you paid for the delivery of your order. The time it takes for you to get refunded depends on your credit card. The refund should show on your credit card statement within 30 business days of the returns.
Will the warranty be included for bags & jewelry?
We do not offer warranty for bag and jewelry items at the moment.
